Spotted Plain

Been looking at Zhaoming Wu's work, thought I'd give it a shot. Some made-up place.
So I went out and got chewed up by bugs today, and oh yeah, painted a landscape. A friend lend me her painting box. It's not quite a Pochade Box, but it definitely made things more convenient. I'm planning to build one myself, it should be pretty cool.
After not painting for about 3 months, it was really satisfying to finally pick up a brush again. I'll post the painting once I get a good picture.
I'm going back out again tomorrow.

ooh Bao, how come everytime you pick up a paint brush after months you still create something inviting? Another good one
